The itinerary was great, the ship fine, but the HQ organisation was awful.
I got my return flight only 5 days before departure even though I had the outbound flight months earlier.
I had 2 Transfer Vouchers from Azamara to and from the airport and the ship that were useless, we were not on the coach list of either!! I could not register my dietary needs on the website nor pre-book any excursions, nothing worked.
I have been on over 45 cruises and this is the worst organised trip I have ever had, I will not be rushing off to use them again.
You need confidence that you can get to the ship and home again no matter how good the cruise is.
I expected better.
