The service on Ambassador was second to none, never waited more than a few minutes to be offered a drink, staff remembered our order ( haven’t had that on other lines for a long time) Food was delicious and hot.
Good choice in both Borough market and the MDR.
Only 2 negatives we found was the awful cheese served it was tasteless and plastic like.
It became a joke on our table at dinner and the other problem was the temperature of the ship it was boiling in the first night then freezing in most public areas after that but to be fair there was blizzard conditions in Hamburg and you can never please everyone! The atmosphere was fantastic with both the staff and fellow passengers friendly and fun.
The cabin was bright and clean with comfortable beds unlike her sister the Ambiance, Ambition has a lack of storage space which I think would be a problem on a long cruise.
We were on deck 7 and found the toilet very close to the shower, not sure how the larger guests managed to be honest! A great few days away and can’t wait to get back on one of them again soon.
