I have just returned to the office following a whirlwind tour of Northern Europe on our annual ‘Lads & Dads Road Trip’. With spring well underway and longer daylight hours upon us, it’s a time of year when holidays are at the forefront of everyone’s mind.

It has been a really great start to 2026, with two extremely strong and positive months. The recent events in the Middle East have, however, been deeply concerning, and our thoughts are very much with those affected.

After weeks of continuous rain back home, I’ve treated myself to a quick week in Barbados, and I’m writing this update as my sunny break sadly comes to an end.
