This was our 9th river cruise but the first with saga.
Good points were the cabin with a nice layout, best cruise director, good staff nice itinerary, bad points FOOD AND POOR CHOICE OF FOOD and poor organisation.
KLM were excellent in finding alternative flights and accommodation.
All saga had to do was rearrange the vip pickup which they failed to do.
Same happened to others on our flight.
