We fould the staff very friendly and the range of entertainment suitably varied, making the trip enjoyable.
We preferred the restaurant to the buffet for both morning and evening meals as the quality and service were first class.
The ‘Windjammer’ hot food could be a little below an ideal temperature.
A problem that we had on board was eventually dealt with very effectivley, though it required a ‘positive’ request from us for action(something RC staff said they would be addressing at their next staff briefing).
