Unfortuatly this was not as special as we hoped.
Starting with the transfers so badly organized.
The ship certainly didn’t warrant 5 stars.
the food was very poor, the head waiter was so good and kept trying to fix it.
I’m not one to complain but everyday was some sort of problem too much to go into.
It certainly wasn’t worth the money and I was not the only person to say that.
For our special Anniversary cruise BIG disappointment and would not choose Regent again.
Nothing is your fault as I think Bolsover and all the staff are fantastic.
I’m sorry for such a bad review.
