A week cruising the fjords of Norway expectation heaven reality was not quite.
Arrive at the dock 20m wait to park, arrive at the ship 40 min wait to check in and board room ready and was great, buffet 20 min scramble to get food a sit.
After lunch 1st bar 10 min wait for service no draught beer ( broke 1 month prior) 2nd.
Bar queue to 23 mins to order 1 person taking the order 1 pouring 22 waiting.
1st impression not good.
In fairness it did improve but not to the standard expected.
P&O get more staff
