We left Southampton on 8.10.22 our suitcases was left outside the lift my husband had to go find them at 6.00 our evening meal was 6.15 so not a good start.
Food was cold on many occasions throughout the 14 night cruise.
Cabin only serviced in the morning no turn down in the evening.
Staff that showed us to our table had no idea where the table was a lot of the waiters didn’t have a clue what they was doing and certainly not enough staff for the 5,200 guests.
Food menus for portions very small.
Our cabin 10410 had the most awful noise when the seas were rough All in all a very disappointing experience
