Unfortunately P&O have cut things back this time too far.
We would normally rate the food as 4 star.
This time I would be hard pressed to give it 2 star in the main and self service restaurants.
The meals where bland and in most cases the meat was tough.
Even on the formal nights.
Many other guest expressed the same opinion at the dinner tables.
Now they only check your room once a day, no turning down the beds in the evening.
I reported that we had had an accident and that the carpet was stained.
The stain was still there when we left the ship!! We have 2 cruises booked with P&O in 2023 on the new Arvia & Iona, However, if the first cruise does not stack up and greatly improve, I will cancel the 2nd cruise with P&O and look elsewhere.
It gives me no pleasure in writing this.
All we want is to enjoy the whole experience to previous levels.
I hope that P&O take note.
We have cruised with P&O more than 10 times, this maybe the last sadly.
