Staff were excellent on board.
All friendly and courteous.
Cabin was spacious for myself as a solo traveller, having twin beds, but the bathroom is very small but adequate.
Food was very good although the fish dishes in my opinion were not the best quality.
The one big negative pre cruising was the parking at Liverpool.
No one to guide you where to go on entering the car park and not enough staff there to facilitate a speedy boarding.
Took over an hour to board the ship.
The car park staff were excellent though but were bombarded with too many people.
It put a big dampner on the start to my cruise.
I have emailed Ambassador customer services to provide my feedback….but no response as yet after 5 days.
I would however travel with them again if I got a good price
